A couple questions about sigils

I hope this is the right place for this thread.

I have been looking into sigils a little bit but I have some questions about making them. I've read about the basics of making sigils so I'm pretty sure I know how to make one but I want a little advice please.

I want to make a fertility sigil for myself since my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for a few months and I was hoping I could maybe get a little boost from a sigil for lack of better words.


I was wondering what the best phrase to use for it would be. Like should I just use the word fertility for it or something along the lines of "I am fertile/very fertile"? I don't know if using just fertile will be to little or if using very fertile will be too much so I would like some advice since this is my first time making a sigil.


Also do I have to burn the sigil or destroy it to make it work or can I keep it and maybe carry it on me or just put it in a safe spot in my home? I read that you have to forget about it so I assume I shouldn't keep it with me?


One more question. Can I make a sigil that works for someone else but I do the charging and burning of it? I don't know if my friend that I wanted to make one for would use a sigil so I was wondering if I could do it but it would benefit her? I don't know if this crosses a line or not since she might not want to use one if it would be wrong of me to make one for her and use it if it would even work for me to do it and not her.


I think that's all the questions I was thinking about and sorry for a bunch of them in one post.
