I have not tried to meditate well and see former lives with my current love. I am considering trying to h
get hypnotized when I get any chance. I am a medium and I only get the immediate impression that he was a girl and was a prostitute. It ur relating is better now as time goes in. But the thread of gr at great complication is still very obvious for his current life.

the issue is when someone tries to force memories you may end up with false memories.

I suggest just be open to memories but don't try to get them. Just work on yourself spiritually and your energy and with time memories can just start coming in. I know some of my family connections due to that. I did not meditate to get the memories or do past life regression to get those ones.

There a bunch for free on you tube , Dic k Sutphen , Barry Konicov ,ect have some for sale off there web sites . Amazon may have some . New age book stores had them , if any are still open . Konicov is potentials unlimited (dot) com , Sutphen is ****sutphen ( dot) com ,he was in Sedona and I think he still has classes ect. . I can post more if asked .
