dreams and children

few times now what has happen is that right before I wake up i have a dream where , if i should take the latest example, someone came to me with a picture of 2 people in it, people i know, old picture and i said we have to be careful with the picture and take it away and i said in the dream that those two belong together, but we must put it away.

then in the afternoon as I was in the kitchen who comes up to me with old picture of 2 people in it - my child. She said look what i have found. She had been going throw draw apparently in the living room without me knowing.

why does these "little" things happen?

I have notice that it is the children that picks this up. It could be words. Things.

another example: my child made an unusual painting, drawing, said "this is you, mom". I look. she had drew me with the right shape of the face, what mark/identify me, but slightly different with the eyes, eyebrown and hair. the lips were put together with how they put together the lips of a dead person in the past. it was like an invisible smack in my face. because I too have seen that, but then as a ghost looking at my dead body from my past life.

please share any thoughts and any experience. is all this normal?

Hi asearcher. Children just do seem to "know" things. Not only do they "know" things, they are very accepting of things. They are remarkable really. I have had many experiences of one of my son's when he was little telling me all kinds of things up until he was about 7. And now my young grandson. He was not even quite 2 and was was shown a photo of his grandad in spirit whom he never met. As soon as he saw it he said " grandad" and kissed the photo...( Have written of this before so sorry if I'm repeating myself)...

Hi Elfin! :) thank you, yes it's weird how they do, I don't get the how... they are mysterious little beings, ha ha. Yes I remember the story with the granddad and it melts my heart each time so I don't mind you telling it again :)
a kid has insisted when younger when accidentally seeing a photo of my past self that this was me and i thought at that young age the child will likely point at any woman on television or computer of photo and say it's mom, but the child didn't. I tried it several times. I tried to with other women that I thought look similar to me but even those the child ignored. Another were comments about heaven and where the child was before and a saying that we would always be together but we would take turns on who was who, what ever that meant. Just things said out of the blue :) one time so serious "daddy says it's just like sleeping but that is not true. there is a light and everything is alright and a tube and i go through the tube", that sort of thing. could the tube be a tunnel i wonder? another said "i saw my moms tummy and then i just jump into it". Another was when I said I love my child the reply was "I know. I know you love me before I was me". So at times I don't know if it was something the child remembers or have been impact by something, I don't know, but it does stop me to think hey, wait a minute, but then the moment has passed and the child is thinking of something else.
