Breakfast was overnight barley flakes with soy milk and a raw cacao buckwheat granola mixed in, it had dried coconut and coconut nectar in it

I then had a mid morning smoothie of watermelon/raspberry and blackberry (also made sure it contained a lot of watermelon seeds as well because they are super nutritious)

figaromelting...I didn't know you can eat watermelon seeds and they are very nutritious! I had never tried them. Do you know if they are nice if slightly roasted?

Yes they are a good source of healthy fats, protein, b vitamins, potassium, magnesium and zinc! I am not sure how they taste roasted but they are probably very good! There is a company called mello that sell them slightly roasted with seasoning on and they are meant to be delicious

A seitan sandwich with spicy purple cabbage slaw from Natural Grocers. It also had kale and some kind of tomato spread on it. Man that thing was spicy..........

Also found a butterscotch creme soda which I've never had before. It was heaven.

A cheddar and apple cabbage slaw sandwich with arugula, mustard and horseradish on cranberry walnut bread from Panera Bread. Also some summer corn chowder, kettle cooked potato chips and plum hibiscus iced tea.
