I work my body pretty hard at work which keeps me in great shape. I also run all the time, play lots of tennis and lots of hockey. Adding yoga into the mix makes me stronger in a shorter period of time.

Yoga is highly recommended by the doctors and spiritual scholars too.
Its the best remedy to save your self from stress and anxiety.
If you feel that you are suffering from these manic diseases then you must do this exercise. Yoga poses are good exercise and can help loosen up the tense muscles in your body.
