Energy going in my ears

I also hear that, There is nothing to worry about, I would just have to tell you, there is love and fear, fear is not love, so try not to be afraid of this things, lot's of more changes very probably to come if you go on in this journey, some a lot more, likely to make you really say... whoa whats happing here. embrace them, as you become aware of more things.

Yes, I experience the Universal sound. For me it is like listening to a seashell. Expect the sound to keep changing--getting more pronounced, higher frequency. I hear "popping" in my head like carbonated bubbles popping in the roof of your mouth, only it's from the head.

I recently got a crystal and when I hold it up to my ear,I get increased pressure across my ears. The vibration has a tinny or metallic or crystal chip sound to me.

But I suspect everyone is different. I wouldn't suspect anything negative from it. I also have never figured out what to "do" about it. I think it is just your own vibrational signature--broadcasting to the unseen world! Just keep beaming it out there

This vibration you experience in your ears is simply non-physical energies - like chi, or life force - you have not been aware of before. Most people hear them as non-physical sounds but for some reason you feel them instead.
