good things today....
I've had wicked Hay Fever for a few days...the area I live in is called "Birchwood"....Now I've read in the paper that the worst things for causing H F are Silver Birch trees !!....nearly every house near here has one in it's garden!
I woke today with no sneezing and less runny nose...whoopee ...I shall soon be able to ge out on my bike again...
Waking without sneezing is the best thing for days...

For the first time in ages, was able to sit/relax in the sun - soaking it all up - in a peaceful garden.....simple pleasure but having an immensely beneficial impact!

I felt some Hope with regards to my intentions that I am trying to manifest. It seemed fitting that the sun was out and it was the last day of my work week/beginning of my weekend. I definitely feel some gratitude around that.

The best thing that happened today was that I was accepted into Beauty school. (Part of above posts' mention of manifesting changes)^^
