know the feeling........ Snacks - fruit, yoghurts, crackers help.. but of course isn't enough and then you feel very weak and low in energy too. Soup is great..
I just went through this and today is the first day I ate properly. Seems like body is going crazy craving everything after a week of not wanting to eat anything!

we should all focus more on our diets, because what we are is deffinitly what we eat, a car wont run if its out of petrol, it even needs water to.. and the engine could burn out, this is us, we burn out very fast when we dont et proply, ive been ill for days, and i know its because i aint been eating proply, i think its coz ive been depressed a little, and the creativity to prepare healthy meals goes out of the window.. it happens to most of us, im sat here now starving, and cant get motivated, but im gonna shut down my computor now and get working, and to get motivated, i think i will cook fish tonight, and some lovely vegetables

Yeah been a bit like this recently. I usually go for something like 'Tapas' Dreamy, because in the event I tend to favour small, tasty, and variety.

... Got this thing about Tapas actually !!

Actually, I have eaten Tapas, very tasty ! There is a restaurant I have been to and that is all they serve, with wine of course, if one wishes.

Oh yes I know, W'eve got one nearby too, think they call it a 'tapas bar'. It's really great food but I couldn't go there if I wasn't super hungry. I don't eat out much anyway.

No I get mine from Tesco's, five for a tenner, lol, and usually rope someone else in.

"Rope someone in ", lol ! You sound like a cowboy

yes, that's it, a 'tapas bar ', surprising how fast all those little appetizers can add up to an expensive dinner ! I've only eaten there twice, and shared with a friend.
