Tofu vs Spam
Which is more edible, the tofu or the spam?

I like tofu ~ you can cook it using spicy stuff to flavor it up and it's really good julienned into soups ~ like my fave oriental soup, Hot & Spicy soup that has julienned black mushrooms, etc., but the tofu strips are fantastic in it.
I've never used Spam much, but it's okay. With all the 'unknown' meat parts (???) I'd rather eat tofu myself.

Actually, I think that the benefits are outweighed by the issues of soy (tofu) consumption. It is a food that has been touted for so long by the soy growers that people have come to believe the hype. And I won't even bother to comment on Spam (processed, processed and more processed, nitrates, sodium...why would you do this to yourself?) Oh geeze, I did comment on it! Sorry, couldn't help myself.

Well, Deb, I welcome your comments because I actually haven't eaten any tofu in quite a while...I'm reminded how so many things with soy are NOW GMO's. Eeeeeeek. Bad bad news. Of course average consumers can't know what's going on with their food. Cripe. And I never eat Spam ~ maybe aeons ago.

I am pretty sure you cannot grow tofu or spam and they do not seem like they are very natural food products.
