beautiful, my mom died in Jan 2019 and I wax and wane between being okay that she's out of human suffering and missing her guidance

If you learn to quiet your mind you can still communicate with her. You can try meditation.
Also, learn to rely on your own guidance which was informed by her, but now listen to your own heart. |
