I have this weird beleif?

I have always felt I am here for a reason to help somebody / people, I am not sure why.

I do help people, I go out a lot to help the homeless on my own free time, not for an egotistic thing to tell everybody that I do so too look good, but for my own pleasure knowing I am doing good to the world. Also getting into animal activism as well.

Does anybody have this strong feeling?

Yes. It gives me warm feelings and guides my life.

When I forsake my duties and deny giving my gifts to the world I feel terrible, I feel as if I have lost sight of what matters most to me and that gives me pain.

When I was in my greatest moment of pain I gave myself to help others. I said I won't kill myself, I will sacrifice my life for others and I will die young through hard labor. I will get to leave, and others will get my gifts, everybody wins.

And that was the beginning.

Perhaps I am meant to help people.
Perhaps it's just a warm thought to keep the pain away.

Regardless, I will help the world even when it doesn't bring me warm feelings. It doesn't matter anymore if it's a true belief or not, it influences my actions for the better and leads my life in a good direction, thats all I care about now. Not if I actually have a greater purpose or not, I choose my purpose, and that makes me happy.

That isn't a weird belief at all. It is a 'calling'...

When you have a 'calling' you know it. If you use that term to someone who hasn't experienced it, they don't understand it.

Some people are like Angels, and they show up when they are needed. I know people like this, who may or may not be aware of guidance, but they know what they are supposed to do, and they show up when someone needs help, like stranded or bullied or broken down on the side of the road.

I know where I am supposed to go. I can be sent to where I need to be.

There is nothing weird about having the desire to help I have it as well it is almost like my instinct

You're not alone... I've found out, though, that I must be discerning as to where to give - sometimes, people were unable to receive what I had given, perhaps it was not the right time, or it produced unnecessary conflict. So, I am currently undergoing a preparation to learn what my true gifts and purpose are in life through "Steps To Knowledge" from the New Message from God.

Giving and contribution is truly what life is all about... Always keep your desire to give alive.

This is not weird at all...I find it quite normal :)
I did feel how you feel about being here "for a reason to help somebody / people" years ago, the time when I started reading about spiritual stuff.

Now, to my understanding, is the reason that everyone is here on earth is because they have something to do/ learn/ solve/ experience, etc. (Earth is a very challenging place.) We have already lived many lives (might be another form) in many different planets/ dimensions. If what we wanted to achieve in the first place is not done yet, (or if we have karma debts), we will keep reincarnating on earth until it is learnt/ solved. It is then we can return to our favourite place. Of course, we have free choice to stay here as well.

We do have a personal spiritual team, including guardian angel/spirit, guides to support us on earth.
