I've felt that way before and I daresay am in the midst of feeling that way of late. I recall being 3 or 4 and feeling so old, old as in very wise but also a profound feeling of being so tired and thinking to myself that I'm too tired to do this again. Sadly, I've felt that way on and off my entire life. I've often thought to myself, that I don't know what's true or not but if when I died, I simply died and ceased to exist altogether, that would be perfectly fine with me...if there was just nothingness...I no longer thought, or existed in any manner or form. I'm not afraid of that idea because I simply would not know anyway and too many times I felt just felt exhausted from it all. Plus reading so many stories and so much contradicts itself and each other, so how can anyone truly know anything.

Agreed with Mardav...as SaraT said, these perspectives are the reason many commit suicide or perhaps engage in risky behavior or put risk their lives at risk without a care for the outcome.

What happens is that if you choose to incarnate again then you surely will face similar challenges and lessons in that lifetime. If you do not choose to incarnate again, you will face similar challenges and lessons in spirit. Yes, of course you can take time outs in spirit for as long as you like till you decide you're ready to take the next step, wherever that may be.

It's just you and there's no getting away from it. Best take it one step and one day at a time and go as easy and as slowly as you need

Here's a plus...if you have had severe challenges that you really could not manage well with your resources at hand -- then you personally can ask for more resources (including emotional and spiritual resources, such as faith and grace and fortitude, as well as physical resources in the flesh) next go round so that you can better rise to your challenges.

But...now that you're onto the system, then AS SOON AS you realise your resources are thin in any areas, ASK NOW.

ASK NOW for more grace, more faith, more fortitude, and yes more support from your guides

Peace & blessings
