With oprass i think you mean Oprah?
At least, that was how i interpreted it with…
Oprah is a tv 'personality'.
People from her show are hiding on the ferry, running from the cops.
Could the dream be about you hiding your personality? The cops symbolzing your judgement...you judging yourself?
