Which Version?

Experts estimate there are around 30,000 versions of Christianity, which one is the correct one...

Could it be because we are each seeking our own path to God, and our own paths vary because we vary, or could it be ' Evolution ' which produces variations.

Are Religions an evolutionary adaptation which would help in keeping groups/tribes together ?.....

Many versions of Bibles, but one Holy Spirit. I say, lets get the product from the source mate!

Then we need to go back to what it means to be a Christian. A Christian without the Holy Spirit is like Australia without the barbie... mate!

Seems there's no ' Universal ' definition to what a Christian is.... Hence an estimated 30.000 denominations.

I believe a Christian is a follower of The Christ.

The Christ is found in ones heart. A merging or anointing happens
and this is done by and through the Holy Spirit of God.
This is done to train one in the God/Christ Heart and God/Christ Mind

But there are those that fill a pew, sing a song and go home and kick the dog.
They to call themselves Christian.

There has not been a change in 'what is a Christian' since 325 AD or CE, that
I am aware of.
You must believe all of this: The Nicene Creed

I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ,
the Only Begotten Son of God,
born of the Father before all ages.
God from God, Light from Light,
true God from true God,
begotten, not made, consubstantial with the Father;
through him all things were made.
For us men and for our salvation
he came down from heaven,

and by the Holy Spirit was incarnate of the Virgin Mary,
and became man.

For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate,
he suffered death and was buried,
and rose again on the third day
in accordance with the Scriptures.
He ascended into heaven
and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again in glory
to judge the living and the dead
and his kingdom will have no end.

I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life,
who proceeds from the Father and the Son,
who with the Father and the Son is adored and glorified,
who has spoken through the prophets.

I believe in one, holy, catholic and apostolic Church.
I confess one Baptism for the forgiveness of sins
and I look forward to the resurrection of the dead
and the life of the world to come. Amen.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

Which is why I posted about authentic Christianity, involving doctrine and dogma.

People can (and do) call themselves anything they wish.
But, adherence to the essential tenets of doctrine, is what authenticates.
