hot and sweaty?
so, in my last few yoga classes i have noticed that i get really hot, and really sweaty. i do not practice hot yoga, the room is usually in the mid 70's i think, so warm, but not hot.
i have no problem being hot and sweaty, but it always seems like i am the only one that sweat so profusely and gets so hot. i do other physical activity and exercise regularly so it isnt just that i am super out of shape and i didnt used to sweat so much when i practiced yoga in the past.
it isnt a pressing question, or one i am concerned about, i am just curious.

I have this problem too - Plus I'm relatively young, so it's odd to be one of the few heavily-sweating ones in a yoga class, lol. Then again, I'm not that fit and have a low blood count, according to a previous medical report. Not sure if blood count has anything to do with sweating, though.
The only explanation I can think of is that some people sweat more than others.
Also do you have a lot of hair? (sounds funny... But I guess being hairy could be a factor, albeit not a big one :p)
