I practice chi gong twice daily, morning and evening. During practice I get into a chi gong state of mind where I feel the chi flow and where the chi will actually move my body. It's not just about movement it's about the state of mind and breathing. I'm following the Shaolin school of medical chi gong for health and vitality.
