I take a generally casual approach to it, but I find it does most certainly work. As the member above me said, it's probably worth watching some videos and I'm certainly no expert, but in my experience it is not something that happens without hard, physical work (at least not in the world your perceiving right now, but that's a discussion for the experts!) If you keep at it, you'll slowly start to 'feel' it.
