That's a very interesting suggestion, I had never thought of integration, and yet there are a few who regard this higher self, this super consciousness as already being an integral part of who they are.

I tend to see my higher self as more of a visitation energy or something I tap into occasionally for example at times when I am inspired, it's then that I feel connected to it.
