I agree with Rumar, you need to eat more often - only lunch and dinner is not good for you. Breakfast is THE most important meal of the day. You want to be eating every 2-3 hours (breakfast, protein bar, lunch, snack of fruit, dinner, then a smoothie or something). When you only eat twice a day your body's metabolism lowers and stores what little you eat as fat. If you eat throughout the day your metabolism stays rev'd all day long.
