Hi Blue flotsam, Where i live in Australia we sometimes have a bit of trouble with possums taking up residence in the roofs of our houses,.. And sometimes the little fellas find their way into the wall cavities. I'm wondering if this may be the source of the problem? Enjoy Your day.
