Disorder of beliefs, Transmuting fear and living life to its fullest!

What is a belief?

Belief is a mental tool that is leaned upon by the psychologically disabled. When one is disabled by fear and unable to endure, one holds onto a mental projection and derives a temporary solace.

Lacking mental prowess and somatic endurance to trauma , one looks to flee through a compulsion. This compulsion retracts one from the actuality of fear, blocking one from gathering energy and transmuting the whole activity. The mental disability is sustained in the background until it disorganises the psychosomatic functioning. This is the compulsive disorder of any belief system.

What role does obsession play in any belief system?

Obsessions are integral part of any belief system. They are patterns of intrusive thoughts and recurrent urges that validate the belief system. Through repetitive indulgence with the doctrine, rituals, paraphernalia & ceremonies, the obsessions create a grandiosity to the subjects. Even though they are proclaimed to be ideal methods of liberating, they are always accompanied by fear, anxiety and unsteady emotions. This is akin to wearing luxurious attire and having a lavish banquet inside the confines of a tomb!

Beliefs can only become an obsession due to the false sense of victory over fear. In actuality the fear always remains intact and the obsession gathers momentum. Over time this additive momentum depletes the brain cells and causes atrophy. This causes the obsessive disorder. The instability with any belief system causes a gateway effect allowing other beliefs to amalgamate into the mind. This puts the mind in disarray and confusion, resulting in the severe obsessive & grandiose personality disorders. Through generations of repetitive conditioning of belief systems one is surely prone to these disorders of the mind.

One must be free from obsessions and compulsions, shun the habitual need for subjective exhibition.

If one really wants to be free from fear, one can do it! One does not need to go anywhere or to anybody. One does not need to know anything or seek any support. One is free to do it with ease!

One must be courageous to face the actuality of fear without relying on any beliefs. One must transmute fear and reap the fruits of wisdom, beauty and truth. Then, one's mind becomes agile(like a double edged sword), the body salubrious and the being full of life and vigour!
