Exactly some kind of motivation is really needed for Exercising,something which basically inspires you.
Make workout a part of your daily routine,try not to miss it.Eat healthy avoid junk food and fast food.Prefer having fruits and vegetables in your meal,That will help you in burning fats and will give you what you actually need it terms of physic.
