There are lots of practices that help with moving energy/chi/prana/etc. Some I like are qigong, tai chi, yoga, meditation, physical exercise, pranayama/breathing exercises, and others. It's also worth remembering that energy manifestations like feeling that energy is stuck can also result from other levels of experience (physical, mental, emotional, etc.), so it's good to deal with things on more than one level if they're not working well
