Hi All,

Just want to wish everyone a merry Christmas and a happy new year.

I always have a tradition of doing a little summary at the end of each year for the progress or achievement I've made in the year, and I have done one for this year too. A lot of reflection, as it is a part of growth. Some of the things I am still trying to make sense of, and I hope 2018 will bring in more surprises.

I hope that you can look back to this year, and say that it has been great. I also hope that there will be bigger and better things waiting for you in 2018.
