woke up around 4pm, made my usual latte with 2 eggs (poached in butter using the microwave) with sriracha on top.

Had a pb+banana+cinnamon in a pitapocket I had lying around and a smoothie around 6p - smoothie had a frozen strawberries/blueberries/beets, 1 nanner, some cucumber slices, carrots, chia seeds, beet greens and almond milk.

Plan on having a cooked sweet potato later on tonight, sliced bread thick and topped with a slice of avocado, poached egg (firm) and crushed red pepper on top. Original recipe calls for putting slices of the potato in the toaster but that didn't go well for me.
