I agree with you on the power of the mind. In that sense point of view 3 seems to come closest as I see the mind relating to concepts and discussions on forums.

The master in the zen proverb doesn't live in duality any more. When he is chopping wood and carrying water. He is doing just that. seeing the interplay of activity of the bodymind as it is. Instead of projecting a story unto it.
