Emotional release. A weep is a bit of a clean sweep, a cry is like a little sniffle but nothing really gets cleared. Like a sneeze that doesn't clear the nose because we are too concerned with the volume of our sneeze, rather than if our sneeze clears our nose.
And thank you for asking. many others would rather to "ask" differently. Asking in a direct question allows me to answer without negatvitity, it allows me to answer a question directly. Not only in the person to person format, but also in your inner dialogue.
