@ ianaalexander, thank you. That makes so much sense. I've always been pretty carefree, until a few years ago where my life began to spiral out in 07-08 and I officially lost everything in 2009. Since then I've been so "controlling" about my job and my finances as I guess it's a fear from what happened to me during that time of life. I understand life is good now, and I have rebuild myself. I guess that's what my friends mean by letting it flow and to not be hard on myself. The hypos started to hit at 2011, which is when I said I have to control aspects in my life better, but then also had a controlling b/f as well. I guess I just went to extreme :)

Maybe I'll stick to my goal of purchasing a house within 2-3 years, but continue to enjoy life and not rush on settling? I notice when I'm enjoying life I feel the best as I did miss out on that aspect for years. And the dietary changes have helped my mood as well.
