It's impossible otherwise to define any sort of level as I cannot see into the next person's heart or mind. We can seldom say if a person is 'good' or 'bad'. (Whatever good or bad may be).

But music can be beautiful or cacaphonic, slow or fast, high-pitched or low- pitched, loud or soft, angry or calm - the list is endless. And isn't it amazing that most of us can tell when something is off key even though we may know nothing about music!

Beyond seeing is knowing or being.

One can know where others are open and what they are capable of experiencing.

When one is looking at things as non-dual.. there really are not different layers of energy or of things. It is more our depth or realization that creates such separation.
