I do know Diana Cooper used to work with them. She also has this lovely meditation on youTube that incorporates 12 chakras.
One is with orbs that work on each of these chakras, the other is an AA Metatron meditation that is incredibly powerful and feel great!

I'm not certain if she has written a book on these chakras. Maybe she mentions them in one of her books, not sure anymore, been a while since I read them.
But she is one of the few sources of authors & teachers -if not the only one- that I know of who addresses these chakras.
