I think you weren't awake all the way and your mind had continued a dream into your level B waves or something.We do dream things that look scary, but the reality is very few ghosts looking any way scary. This is really a Hollywood thing. Seriously. Nothing is out to get you. IF you dwell on it, you will attract bizaar evidence that it might be real, but it's basically going to be what is called a manifestation of a thought form you created yourself.
