Spirit guides aren't just here to direct you along a course towards an invisible finish line. They are also here to bring us to our highest and best selves, to teach us how to love unconditionally, and to challenge us to keep growing. While your soul purpose is among their top priorities, a true spirit guide will never impose its will over yours. To do so would be a direct violation of God's will that we should have Free Will. Never forget that - your true guardians certainly haven't.
These entities are clearly violating the rules, and therefore not your guides. A true spirit guide should always respect and honor your wishes if you choose you'd like less interaction with them (even my TF is willing to leave my side should I say so). If you stray from your path, they would rather alter their plan to catch up to your decision than use coercion to force you down a path out of fear. Fear is contradictory to their purpose - that purpose being one of Love - and the moment you notice an entity using Fear to sway your decisions, you should eject it from your life without hesitation.
Whatever this is only has as much power as you give it. It is possible the baby's deformity was not their/its doing, but rather a circumstance it took false credit for and is merely convincing you it has that power. It's also possible that your faith in this thing did give it that power - but the upshot is, if that is true then it is also true that you can take that power away by refusing its presence.
My recommendation is to light a white candle and call out to higher beings to sort it out. AA Michael or Horus are both good starting points (I would recommend Horus in this case, but it's your decision) - in my experience, Michael typically empowers me to do it myself, whereas Horus will do it for you and then teach you how to make the most of this experience. Intend for these entities to be banished to the Sun, where its fires will immolate any impurities and hold it within its gravitational pull until its vibration has risen to meet the light. This worked for me when I was dealing with an imposter spirit who was at times impersonating/other times possessing my guardians in order to damage my trust in them. Even if you accidentally banish a "good" spirit, your intention has it covered - if its vibration already matches the light, it'll immediately come back to you.
It's important to focus on the positive aspects of this intent - namely, that the Sun is a place of pure light and love where darkness cannot exist, and you wish for these entities to be sent there that they may be cleansed of their darkness and reconnect with Love and Source. Never intend to kill a spirit (as they can't die, and the negativity of that intent will often just ensure they come back for seconds or thirds), intend for it to become free from whatever troubles are bringing it to a lower vibration - this is kind of like giving it what it wants so it goes away, except you aren't really giving anything of yourself, you're merely granting it access to the part of itself that it lost and which ultimately lead it towards a negative existence. I say to channel Horus or Michael for this because if you've never done it before, it's always best to have someone higher up walk you through it (or handle it for you, no shame in that), and they're always happy to help. Alternately, if they really are your guardians (I'm sorry, but I find this incredibly unlikely given your experience), then Michael and/or Horus are their authority. Rat them out!!
