Leave it all bluelove. Go out into Nature and find seclusion and your natural balance. Don't let the negative patterns and influences in. Replace them -that's what you need to do -replace them with the harmonies of your own Soul. Get a strong hold on that before doing any more "readings" and involving your energies in any more negativity.
You are free. Nothing and no one can lay claim to your contact with Soul. It is yours. Clean it.
If and when you return to such work it might be good if you can operate in a more detached way. That is....perhaps with the energies of Love and compassion, which do not have to immerse themselves in low astral levels, yet can serve those who are. Then firmly shut down and return to your balance before doing any more service.
