Police can mean: Power, control, reckless behaviour thats need to be stopped.
I think you're insight is clouded on some matters, the small hole to look trough is also an narrowed vision. But this is on certain aspects, not you're whole mind of cause.
Because the cops are fighting all over maybe you are reckless on a specific matter in you're life.
