God in His love came to help humanity and gave His holy blood in exchange that mankind's soul may once again experience the Divine nature Adam enjoyed. but why does man still seek evil?

I do see what you mean, however I also wonder where 'man' gets his fierce nature from. Are we really that separate from God? Perhaps so....
