Yes there is change or motion it's not a different thing, so in terms of energy there is transfer which can be called interaction, and that's basically the same too.
Uncertainty is to do with the limitation of formative thought... in the way that thought is a quality which can only be defined (quantified) within contextual limitations.
If you think about it, infinity is the function of formal limitations, making its quantity undefinable.
