Can I get some advice on Super healthy dishes..

I'm trying to up the ante when it comes to my diet.
I've been eating allot of baby spinach and broccoli lately,
Any tips on a dish I could prepare to supercharge my meditation and mindfulness practices?
(A.k.a brain foods that are easily digestible)
