-1 whole lemons juice in 64 oz water

-smoothie with spinach, frozen pineapple/papaya/mango, coconut milk, sea greens powder, hemp heart, a little date syrup, handful of walnuts, matcha/maca powder

-overnight oats with chia seeds, mulled flax, coconut milk, raspberries, blueberries, vanilla extract

-2 pieces of seedy whole wheat toast, half an avocado mashed with nutritional yeast on each. Chili flakes, sea salt, pepper and purple saurkraut on top.

-peanut butter with celery

-veggie crackers and carrots with hummus

-brown rice cooked in veg broth and chopped green onion, tofu and broccoli marinated in sesame oil, low sodium soy sauce, honey, sriracha, minced garlic then air fried. Sprinkled nori and sesame seeds on top... kim chi on the side

-banana with almond butter

-some 85% dark chocolate

Lots of water, a cup of ethiopian coffee with mct oil, b12, vegan dha and d3 to supplement
