In my experience I have had times where logically there was no suggestion that anything SHOULD go wrong, and myself and others who have strong intuition have been able to pick up the cues that something is about to happen.

It's rare, for me.

Also I think it depends how you want to define "bad". (That's another subject)

A good example for me was one time I was travelling with my family and we parked in the dark on an empty road near an airport to stargaze. There was miles of space around and no cars to be seen. Previous to this trip my mum (who frequently picks things up intuitively) had had a nagging feeling to buy extra travel insurance which wasn't exactly necessary for the small trip, her nagging feeling turned into relief once she did.
As soon as we parked on the empty road I was sitting in the back of the car and had the sensation of big car driving slowly but forcefully through the back of the car. I felt it in my stomach and through my body as though it was happening. I got out of the car and stood for a moment in the cold looking at the car where my parents were inside. It was like being in a day-dream state which is often how it feels for me if I pick something up intuitively. The word "vulnerable" kept repeating in my head and I saw shadows that looked like they came from tree leaves moving on the roof of the car. In hindsight we weren't near any trees and there was barely any light even from the moon so I don't know what that was.
We stood outside the car for a while and looked at the stars and sure enough a car started driving down the road towards us. The speed was weirdly slow, and the headlights seemed a weird colour. My mum said at this point she also had a strong gut feeling something bad was about to happen.
The car did a U-turn and decided to park RIGHT behind us. Meanwhile there were miles of space all along, they could have parked anywhere.
I was quite scared something really serious was going to happen like that we might get kidnapped or held at gun-point?!
Luckily all that happened was they drove slowly but forcefully into the back of our car by mistake. They got out and there was still a weird feeling, they kind of apologised but not really in the way you might expect. My parents were really shocked, but perhaps because I'd already experienced it I felt completely calm all of a sudden and took charge of making sure there was no conflict over it all, just taking details so we could sort it out.
The rest of the trip became hijacked a little bit by sorting out the insurance details for the car we hired. If we hadn't booked the extra travel insurance it would have been double the hassle.

For those that experience the 11:11 phenomenon, immediately after this occurred when I got home I looked at my phone and it was 11:11 and it felt as though that number wouldn't leave the screen. The most intensely I've experienced that.

Is this what you mean?

I hope that helps!
