I have a suggestion. Pillows as back cushions in the heart area. I do that sometimes when I feel not myself and it helps me out a lot. Sometimes I'll double the pillows up and it feels a lot better. Emotions in general though I suggest writing or artwork about things like bad times you might not want to talk about or subjects that are associated with hardship. Admitting it, letting go of guilt, self-acceptance and understanding. That can help emotional flow in stagnated areas which can lead to better emotional flow during life in general.
