my understanding:
the Pleiadians are beings from a particular region of space.
they exist at a "higher frequency" of energy than 3D humanity;
they are energy beings.
they are intimately involved with assisting us in achieving greater
spiritual awareness, and in evolving into a more loving expression.
although time is experienced as "NOW" for them, we exist in what
can be understood as their past. Humans are their ancestors.
their interactions with us are not motivated strictly though 'altruism';
they have "accepted responsibility" for some of our problems
(which equates to: they were the cause).
the Arcturians are a still more advanced society which exists at an
even higher frequency... they work with us as well (and the Pleiadians).
there is also a "Galactic Federation of Light" which is comprised of many
civilizations from across the galaxy (universe?).
we will be invited into that Federation after our "quarantine" is lifted.
[we've been under quarantine due to the experiment of free will undergone here]
