Yes...he waits for the moment, that we become aware that he can make wondrous alterations/transformations, to "us" the soul beings.
And if at that moment of realizing that our heavenly father can transform our entire self being, from a natural man of this universe, and into a divine being of this universe.
And we are truly desiring for that transformation, in absolute truth, as only he would truly know.
Then he will let his holy spiritual essence, flow freely into us, at that very moment, of us desiring for change, untill we stop desiring for it.
And then his very essence will stop flowing into us, untill we truthfully desire for that transformation to once again continue.
The holy Spirit/the holy ghost/the very essence of our heavenly father....
The conduit for his love.
