What are some experience people have had? I just had one yesterday, but I feel when the therapist would ask what scene I am at or this or that I could not get anything and felt I needed to come up with something...so I don't know how accurate those were. However, before we got to scene descriptions, I had powerful emotions which seemed more accurate. SO I guess people pick things up differently. Some are more feel more, some see more, or some just know more in knowingness.
