I just got onto the bluey thing myself and it's neato but as for your 23 I'd go and quote my old friend homeless Mike and how he does his numerology which is to simplify it. The 2 means any pairing up where essential the 1 of the single self meets another single self but that can be spread out to any meeting whether it be ideas, or things or skills and it's essentially about meetings and according; being in accord. Then the three is the result of the meeting and the expression of that joining, as it were, so arts in all their variety.
In a sense then the simplest equation because the 2 and the 3 are together is the melding of the female and male aspects within any person and that being expressed heartully which then adds up, the 2 and the 3 to the 5 of freedom.
