Your current tactic hasn't brought you the results you are after. Lesson learned.

You need a different game plan, one in which you will implement the lessons you have learned about your body.

Start with an achievable objective for yourself and focus on that.

It's sounds like your body is in a catabolic state. Your body breaks down muscle tissue and restores in fat.

What you need to do is get your body in a anabolic state where your body will maintain (and build) muscle and burn fat.

You will feel and be more healthy in this state.

You can do this by consuming more protein and fat. Your diet should like something like 40% protein 40% carbs and 20% fat.

Can you post your daily diet? If you want to I can help make a diet plan.

You do three workouts a week right? Do you have access to weights? I can help build a training routine for you, one that can change your metabolism and the way your body responds to resistance training.
