Why not make a love spell to attract a soulmate without an intended target? That way you would know for sure whether he's the one or not. Get a two figure candle holding each other and write down your name on the candle that represents you and write soulmate or qualities you want on your partner on the other candle. You can dress it with honey, rose petals or just about anything that represents romance and love. Include a petition if you like. There are some spells online to get more ideas. Hope this helps!
