here's how i see it.....reiki is energy that we all are capable of accessing. before i even heard of reiki, i was using my hands on friends and family members.

i think reiki is just a tool to help focus that energy.

energy is energy. i don't believe there are different kinds-just in how they're used.

that's just my opinion.
