In my experience, the power of Light can neutralize any negative intentions, whether they are demonic or just a mean-spirited person.
This is a way to use it, taking your time with each step:
* Breathe down in your lower belly as you relax within.
* Visualize and sense pure light energy flowing down from the universe through your crown and all throughout your body.
* Then let if flow all around you like a protective cocoon.
* Then see and feel this light emanating outward from the energy center in your chest toward whoever or whatever you wish.
Do this at least once daily for some time and notice a gradual sift in your energy and what's around you.
