Welcome to the forums,
Don't live your life in fear, in a mindset of negative thinking. If you "think you are going to die or something" you're going to bring situations to you that affirms that mindset.
Change your attitudes and beliefs around, to manifest a positive reality. Creating positive out of this. Don't try and turn it negative. Don't let your fear consume you. Life has many peaks and valleys. Ups and downs. Learn to ride the wave to live a life of abundance and peace.
