Regards genetics for me it goes back to the nature/nurture argument. I feel we are a mix of both. I think for many genetics is like a switch through nurture that switch can be on or off but in some people the switch is set to on without nurture.
I haven't done one of those genetic tests I am intriged but the conspiracy theory tin foil hat wearing side of me seems to win
